What payment options are accepted?
We accept all major credit cards through the well-known payment processor, Stripe. Additionally, we offer the possibility to pay via Apple Pay and Google Pay, making the process even simpler and faster.
Is the subscription renewed automatically?
Yes, to ensure a continuous and uninterrupted service, the subscription is automatically renewed. However, if you ever wish to stop the automatic renewal at any time, you can easily do so from your account settings.
Can I cancel the subscription whenever I want?
Absolutely yes! We respect your freedom of choice, and if you decide to cancel your subscription, you can do so at any time. Just log in to your account settings, select the "Subscription and Payments" option from the menu, and follow the instructions for cancellation.
The currency shown in the price is not my currency, can I still make the payment?
Certainly! Don't worry about the currency you use, as Stripe, our payment partner, handles currency conversion if necessary. You can pay without any issues, regardless of your original currency.
Can I get a refund?
We want to ensure your utmost satisfaction with our service. If, within 14 days of purchase, you feel dissatisfied or our services do not meet your expectations, you have the right to request a full refund.
Are ready-to-use drills included in the Creator plan?
No, the Creator plan does not include ready-to-use drills. Playdrill is a tool designed to allow you to create custom drills and training sessions according to your specific needs.
What does "partial image collection" mean?
In the free "Starter" plan, some player images in the graphic editor are obscured and not usable. Upgrading to the "Creator" paid plan unlocks all those images, providing complete and unrestricted access.
If I don't renew my subscription, what happens to my drills and sessions?
After the subscription expires, you will still have access to all your drills and sessions, but only in view mode. To continue editing, downloading, or creating new ones, you'll need to renew the subscription.
Can I request an invoice?
Certainly! You can request an invoice by following these simple steps:
Make the payment for your subscription.
Immediately send an email to info@playdrill.com with the subject "Invoice Request".
In the email, provide the following details:
Your Playdrill account email address.
Company name (if applicable).
VAT identification number of the company.
Billing address.
Specify whether you need recurring billing (also for subscription renewals) or one-time billing.
Once we receive your request, we will be happy to issue the desired invoice for you.
